By accessing or using Stillpath Studio services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Course Access and License

Upon valid purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial use. Group or institutional use requires a separate license.

4. Payments and Refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Refunds are available within 14 days if the course does not match its description and you have completed no more than 30% of modules, unless a course page states otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not share or redistribute course materials publicly without permission.
• Do not circumvent access controls or attempt to interfere with site security.
• Do not use the services for unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Stillpath Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Your progress depends on your effort and context.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
